The Keepin’ it Rural Festival:
Whether you are doing the 5K or 10K or not, come down to the festival where there will be lots of activities for both adults and kids.
Food and Drink: There will be a wide assortment of food and drink vendors including a food truck (breakfast burritos and gourmet sliders), coffee and pastries courtesy of CafeStoked among other choices. All vendors will be contributing between 10-50% of their sales to the “Keepin it Rural” fund. Last year’s vendors included:
— CafeStoked coffee shop gourmet coffee and pastries (10% proceeds share)
— Craft Beer Garden featuring Alesmith and Bagby Brewery beers (100% proceeds to Keepin’ it Rural fund)
— Protein Bars (courtesy of Detour), Pickle Juice electrolyte sports drink, snacks and more.
— Vendors and products are TBD.
It’s 5:00 somewhere: There will be craft beer courtesy of local craft breweries, Alesmith and Bagby Brewery as well as mimosas (must have ID and be over 21 to purchase alcohol). Craft Beer brands subject to change.
Kids Entertainment: In addition to a 1K Kids fun run, there will also be assorted carnival games that kids can play for entertainment and prizes as well as giveaways for kids.
